New-build in demand at LE3 with final phase set to launch

Prime new-build offices at LE3 out of town business park have been pre-let by leading Leicestershire commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell acting jointly with Innes England prior to the start of construction.

ERIKS UK & Ireland, part of the worldwide ERIKS Group is an expanding engineering component and technical services provider who are taking on a 15-year lease on 10,000 sq ft of new office space on the Ratby Lane park. ERIKS were represented by Cushman and Wakefield.

With four phases of the scheme successfully completed on the site, which will ultimately deliver 60,000 sq ft of office space, Brackley Property Developments is currently offering the final few plots for design and build. Work is now on site and completion is expected by April 2019.
