Andrew + Ashwell have completed the sale of 10 Sheene Road, Gorse Hill Industrial Estate, Beaumont Leys, Leicester, on behalf of their client, alongside the simultaneous agreement of a leaseback of the property.
The detached industrial unit occupies a self-contained site of approximately 2.1 acres and provides modern warehouse and production accommodation, to an eaves height of 9 metres, two storey offices and on site parking.
The transaction was structured as a sale and leaseback, enabling the client to realise value from the property whilst retaining continued occupation of the premises.
