Three self contained but interlinked industrial units constructed around steel portal frames, with brick elevations and corrugated sheet roof over. Currently used by a single occupier, each unit is fitted with varying proportions of mezzanine floors, offices and amenity accommodation. Each unit is constructed to provide an eaves height of 4.3m, increasing to 4.8m at the apex.

Unit 14 mainly provides open industrial accommodation, with WCs and meeting room to a single storey section to the front elevation. A mezzanine floor extends to the rear.

Unit 15 is similarly fitted, with two storey offices to the front elevation, incorporating WCs, and further mezzanine offices extending the width of the unit.

Unit 16 provides open industrial accommodation, with single storey canteen/WCs to the front elevation. A mezzanine floor extends to the majority of the accommodation.

A three phase electricity supply serves each unit. Warehouse heating is oil fired, distributed from a storage tank in unit 16. A concrete surfaced loading forecourt is positioned immediately in front of each unit, with loading by way of roller shutters.
