Units 2-4,

Three new build industrial units, constructed around a steel portal frame with part brick, part profile sheet elevations and roof, incorporating 25% translucent roof lights.

The units are available individually or in multiples from Q3 2024, providing open plan industrial accommodation, with solid concrete floors and suspended LED lighting. Units 3 & 4 will have clear working heights of 4.2m, and unit 2 3.5m. All units will be fitted with level roller shutters.

A shared forecourt will provide loading, with dedicated parking for each unit to be demised.
