Experience
Topaz joined Andrew + Ashwell in September 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor, working predominantly within the Agency team, whilst supporting other areas of the business.
Prior to joining A+A, Topaz graduated with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Plymouth before completing an RICS-accredited MSc in Real Estate Management at the University of the West of England, where her dissertation explored the potential of repurposing of vacant retail units for healthcare use. She also supported the 5th International Land Management Conference (ILM5) at the RICS headquarters in London.
Interests
Outside of work, Topaz enjoys playing hockey, going for a run and gym sessions. She also enjoys catching up with friends over coffee or a pint.
