Our Team


Melissa began her working life with Andrew + Ashwell in 1994, as the firm’s office junior. Here she learned all aspects of reception and office duties before being asked in 2001 to train in the accounts department.

Melissa’s remit includes rent collection and dealing with arrears for the client property management portfolio, paying over client funds and managing the purchase ledger.

Melissa also undertakes all other general day-to-day accounts duties for the client account, the A+A business account and office administration.


Out of the office hours, Melissa likes walking and keeping fit outdoors. She also enjoys baking, concerts, the theatre - and (dare we mention it?) - a little retail therapy.
