The transaction involved two separate owners, adding a layer of complexity to the deal. Andrew + Ashwell successfully coordinated negotiations to deliver a seamless sale to a single purchaser, demonstrating the team's expertise in dealing with complex transactions to achieve a smooth and efficient outcome.
Located within Warrens Business Park, just 2.7 miles from the M1/M69 intersection, the site comprises two modern, self-contained warehouse and distribution buildings on a 4.34-acre plot. Unit 1, built in 2004, offers extensive production space with mezzanine flooring and high-spec office accommodation. Unit 2, constructed in 2009, provides flexible storage and distribution space with scope for further office development.
