Work is about to begin at Blaby Business Park on prestigious new-build premises that will drive expansion for a local family firm.
Leading Leicestershire commercial property specialist, Andrew + Ashwell, alongside joint agents APB, has negotiated the sale and construction of a two-storey office building, fronting the park. The 5,615 sq ft unit, due for completion next autumn, will provide space for purchaser PSA Financial Services Ltd; to move from currently cramped premises in neighbouring Glen Parva.

The new building provides exciting new prospects for PSA, a family firm of independent financial advisers which has recently expanded with the recruitment of Managing Director Paul Smith’s two sons, Daniel and George into the business.
Established by Paul 26 years ago, the firm has a sound reputation among many local businesses, being a true family firm that has also included Paul’s father Roger.
The interior of the new building has been planned by Paul himself to create an enviable working environment for staff, with open plan office space designed by New English to include an impressive reception area, interlinking meeting rooms, a kitchen and a gym.
