Experience
Geoff joined Andrew + Ashwell as a consultant from Lambert Smith Hampton in 2016. With over 35 years’ experience in commercial property, he began his career in Birmingham before moving to Leicestershire, joining Wilson and Partners in 1986, before its merger with LSH in 1995.
At LSH he was Director and Head of East Midlands business and achieved an impressive array of professional accolades, including being on The Leicester Mercury’s Most Influential People Leicestershire list annually from 2012; and also clinching Estate Gazette’s Most Active Dealmaker awards.
Geoff’s career spans the full spectrum of commercial property matters, from industrial development, agency, investment and lease advisory work, to property management and local authority employment land studies. He is known for his involvement in many major Leicestershire industrial developments, including Meridian and Grove business parks, Hamilton Industrial Park at Thurmaston, Interlink, Bardon and latterly, Crosslink 646, at Rothley Lodge.
Interests
A lifelong, avid Leicester City fan, Geoff continues to follow the Foxes, both at home and away and has been a season ticket holder for the last 30 years. He is also a keen walker and enjoys travelling.
