Fixings firm expands with city showroom move

A move to landmark, refurbished premises close to Leicester city centre will enable a prominent Leicester fixings firm to expand.

DFS Fixings has launched a new outlet in Foundry Square, off Belgrave Gate, in refurbished former car showrooms acquired by leading Leicester commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell.

The new premises provides over 8,500 sq ft of ground floor space, comprising a showroom, office and storage for the growing firm, designed to raise the company profile and create a springboard for further growth. This is the firm’s second move in two years, having previously relocated from All Saints Road to Abbey Lane and now adding a third more capacity for the presentation and storage of stock. The firm also aims to recruit further staff, including sales representatives.
