Office move shines green light on expansion

A south Leicestershire customer relationship management company is expanding with a move to new office premises at Central Park, Lutterworth.

Leading Leicester commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell has let the 3,800 sq ft premises to Green 4 Solutions Ltd; facilitating further growth for the company, which deals with some of the most prominent players in the sports industry.

The two-storey Unit 16 and 17 is built to high specifications in the village-style setting of Phase 2 at Central Park, completed in 2008. The letting leaves only one suite of 1,741 sq ft remaining on Phase 2, for rent at £18,000pax.
Previously based at Kimcote, Green 4 Solutions is a leading supplier of integrated CRM (customer relationship management) and e-marketing systems to the professional sports and leisure industry. Clients include over 30 English and International Football League clubs, plus some of the country’s most famous horse racing courses and representatives from Rugby Union, Rugby League, motor sports and winter sports.

Two units of 1,800 sq ft are currently available on Phase 1, Central Park, for sale at £275,000, or £18,000pax to let. There is also planning consent for a design and build office scheme on three acres of land for Phase 3, allowing potential for 40,000 sq ft. The total scheme so far comprises 51,000sq ft on seven acres.
