Smooth move for insulation firm

Leading Leicester commercial property specialist and Chartered Surveyors, Andrew and Ashwell has assured a smooth move to new premises for a local thermal insulation company.
Industrial Insulation Company Ltd has recently relocated from Chapel House, in Main Street, Humberstone, to a prestigious new-build 1,919 sq ft office unit at Kibworth Business Park, providing convenient location and a spacious modern environment for the growth of the company.
Having previously been staggered over three floors in a period building Managing Director Chris Jones and his team are now all working on one level, improving in-house communication and teamwork. The firm is a thermal insulation specialist involved in major projects in London, including White City, Europe’s largest indoor shopping centre, the new Olympic stadium and the Savoy hotel.
Kibworth Business Park is well placed for easy commuting via major road links the A14, M1/A1 link and the A6 and fast rail services to London from nearby Market Harborough. Chris Jones said it was a move that was proving a sound step forward.
“Andew and Ashwell helped us negotiate the best possible deal on the sale of our old premises in a difficult time and equally they have helped us negotiate on the new building, which is already a real winner.
“We are delighted to have moved to Kibworth Business Park, as it is already paying off with full order books for the next 12 months. We are able to work together as a unit here much more efficiently and we are in an excellent location for commuting.
Malcolm Grayson, Managing Partner at Andrew and Ashwell, said:
“We looked at various properties that would be suitable for the Industrial Insulation Company and Kibworth Business Park seemed the most suitable location. I am pleased that the move has gone so seamlessly for the company and I am sure it will be a good choice for them.”
