Fast turnaround on the letting of a modern industrial warehouse in Wigston means satisfied clients for Leicester commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell.
Having been empty for five months the 10,200 sq ft warehouse, in Chartwell Drive, was remarketed through Andrew and Ashwell, who signed up a new occupant in a matter of weeks.
Neal Kotak for warehouse landlord the Bowbridge Group said:
“After marketing the property with another commercial property agency with no real interest, we instructed Andrew and Ashwell to market the property. They generated two interested parties within three weeks, one of which has subsequently taken occupation on a six-year lease. It was a quick turnaround that has resulted in an effective conclusion.”
The new occupant, S and P Coil, is a UK-based specialist manufacturer and supplier of heating coils, heat pipes, radiant panels, heating and cooling equipment to the public and private sector in the UK, with a growing business in the Middle East and India for dehumidification products.
The warehouse building will be used in the manufacture of radiant panels and offers greater opportunity for expansion from the firm’s previous premises in Lewisher Road.
