Deals agreed on Lutterworth offices

Leading Midlands commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell has let or sold three modern office premises at Central Park, Lutterworth within the last quarter and is promoting the remaining units with joint agent Budworth Hardcastle.
Two lettings have been made on the newly-built Phase II at Midland Court. Lavendon Group plc has taken expansion space of 3,368 sq ft, as well as headquarters on Central Park, while Envirotec Corporation Solutions Limited has leased unit 21, comprising high quality first-floor accommodation of 1,817 sq ft.
In addition, unit 9 on Phase I of the Park, comprising self-contained two-storey offices of 1,800 sq ft, has just sold to a private owner.
