Hollows Park, Desford

Leading Midlands commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell has let three business units at Hollows Park, Desford, within six months of marketing.

Offices and storage facilities at Copse Paddock, Shire House and Birchgrove House, on the west Leicestershire business estate, had been unoccupied for over 18 months. Andrew and Ashwell was instructed to dispose of the premises in spring and had let two by June. The remaining unit was let last month.

Birch Grove House, comprising offices of just over 2,000 sq ft, is now occupied by Envtech Services, with Olympus Optica taking on Shire House offices, with storage space of over 2,500 sq ft, in June. Copse Paddock has recently been let to Hinckley and Bosworth Horticultural Centre, providing offices and storage facilities totalling 983 sq ft.

Andrew and Ashwell partner Malcolm Grayson said:

“Andrew and Ashwell has been established in the property industry for over 140 years, so it is not surprising that we receive constant
inquiries at our offices.

“We have a large client database which enables us to target applicants and occupiers alike. Our website (www.andash.co.uk) is a constant source of inquiries and substantial investment in this enables us to stay at the cutting edge of the commercial property market.”
