Virtual leap to reality in kitchen showroom launch

A Leicestershire-based Kitchen software business is expanding with the launch of new retail showrooms in Churchgate Loughborough.

Leading local commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell has let the former Pets Paradise, at 13/14 Chuchgate, to Ideas Interiors Ltd. Interior refurbishment is currently underway, with around 1,000 square feet of showroom space scheduled for opening in early May.

Ideas Interiors is a successful, family-owned company, which previously specialised in the supply of kitchen design software, but is now making a natural leap into the design and supply of actual kitchens. German precision will feature strongly in the Ideas Interiors showroom, with brand names including Hacker and the homegrown high quality of Callerton Kitchens.

Director Steve Housden said: “Opening our own kitchen showroom adds a new, inspiring dimension to our business. We will be working in the mid to top end of the market, creating highly innovative kitchens in which we have extensive expertise.”

Jon Archer, Managing Partner at Andrew and Ashwell said: “Ideas Interiors is an exciting new venture, in a popular retail area. Despite the economic downturn, Loughborough is continuing to regenerate and grow; a factor that can only be good for business in the town.”
